Subscriptions are super convenient! They’re automatically renewed based on the delivery interval you've chosen, so you can sit back and relax while the products come straight to your door after each successful renewal.  For instance, if you sign up for a monthly subscription, the system will automatically charge your credit card every month, and you'll receive your products right at your doorstep without needing to place the order yourself! 

Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Absolutely! You’re in control and can pause or cancel your subscription anytime you like through the customer portal, just like shown in the screenshot below. The only time you won’t be able to cancel is if your subscription requires a specific number of payments before it can be cancelled.  You can easily access the customer portal using the magic link that was sent to your email when you first placed your subscription order. Plus, if you create an account in the shop, you’ll also be able to manage your subscriptions there!
