Hi! I’m Shayna! The new owner of OC Beauty, the girl who took over a bath-and-body company because she genuinely believes that good skincare, magnesium, and a little bit of chaos can change lives.

I didn’t start this business from scratch.
I adopted it.
Like a slightly feral plant someone left on the doorstep — full of potential, a little wild, and somehow still thriving.

Since taking over, OC Beauty has gone from “cute little brand” to magnesium-obsessed Canadian wellness powerhouse, all handcrafted in Sault Ste. Marie. We blend nerdy formulation knowledge with wholesome ingredients, sprinkle in Canadian humour, and package it all with a side of “wait, did we really just do that?”

We’ve battled label printers, out-of-stock raw materials, surprise viral videos, customers who bring us donuts because they feel bad for us, and wholesalers who say, “Wow, why didn’t we know about you sooner?” And through every late-night batch, every SOLD OUT sticker, and every “y’all need to chill” email — we’ve stayed true to who we are:

• Magnesium fanatics who think wellness should be simple
• A tiny team doing big things (and laughing along the way)
• Proudly small-batch, proudly small business, proudly Canadian

At OC Beauty, we don’t believe self-care is fancy.
We believe it’s accessible, effective, hilarious, and sometimes covered in body butter.

We believe magnesium belongs in your daily routine,
that labels should make you feel informed not confused,
and that supporting a small business means you’re literally helping real humans pay rent, feed pets, and buy really unnecessary amounts of bubble wrap.
