OC Beauty Collaborates with Rainbow Camp for Pride Month, Donating Proceeds from Pride Collection
Sault Ste Marie, June 1st, 2023 – OC Beauty, a local bath and body brand dedicated to promoting inclusivity and sustainability, proudly announces its partnership with Rainbow Camp for Pride Month. As part of this collaboration, OC Beauty will donate a portion of the proceeds from their pride collection to Rainbow Camp, a renowned camp that caters to young people who identify as 2 spirited, lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning (2SLGBTQ+) and allied youth, their siblings, and children in Queer families.
Rainbow Camp's objective is to foster a camp community that celebrates creativity, individual choice, and social justice while providing a fun and supportive environment. By joining forces with Rainbow Camp, OC Beauty demonstrates its unwavering commitment to uplifting and empowering the LGBTQ2+ community.

Alongside the collaboration with Rainbow Camp, OC Beauty takes pride in unveiling its latest initiative, the Confetti Soap. This innovative product is crafted from soap remnants left over during the cutting process, ensuring no soap goes to waste. By repurposing these remnants, OC Beauty demonstrates its dedication to waste reduction and sustainability.
Rainbow Camp will be the first organization to benefit from the Confetti Soap initiative. "When we talked about launching our new confetti soap initiative, Rainbow Camp instantly came to mind as the perfect recipient," remarked Boucher. "Each bar is unique, you'll never get two the same, just like the LGBTQ2+ community."
To amplify the impact of the Confetti Soap, OC Beauty will invite the public to nominate local organizations to receive proceeds from the sales. Every quarter, a different local organization will be selected to receive a portion of the proceeds from the Confetti Soap, aiming to support and uplift various community organizations and make a positive difference in the lives of those they serve.
