Shipping Policy

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. While we strive to ship promptly, unexpected surges in demand may cause delays of up to 7 business days or more, particularly during peak or holiday periods.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using live carrier rates based on package size, weight, and destination.

Due to ongoing and unresolved customs and tariff issues, we have made the decision to pause all shipments to the United States at this time. This decision was made to help protect our customers from unexpected fees and delays that are beyond our control.


International Shipping and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to additional customs duties, import fees, taxes, or tariffs as determined by the destination country and shipping carrier. These fees are set by the carrier and local authorities, not by our company.

We do not control these charges and cannot provide estimates for their cost, as they vary by country, carrier, order value, and destination. Any applicable duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or border clearance, including delays at the United States border.


Returned Packages and Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned to us, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact us.

Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the package was held at the post office or delivery location beyond the allowable pickup window, may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Alternatively, we can issue a store credit for the value of the order minus the original shipping cost.


Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim when applicable.


Preorder Items

For preorder items, the estimated shipping timeframe listed on the product page is always the most current and accurate shipping information available. Shipping timelines for preorder items may differ from standard fulfillment timelines.


Subscription Boxes

Our subscription boxes ship quarterly on the following dates:

  • February 15

  • May 15

  • August 15

  • November 15

While we aim to ship on these dates, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If there is a change to the schedule, customers will be notified by email.


Local Delivery – Sault Ste. Marie

Local delivery is available for $5.00 and is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Next-business-day delivery may be available for addresses within the delivery area, from Boundary Road to Allen’s Side Road. Deliveries outside this area may incur additional fees.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, staffing, holidays, or store closures.


Local Pickup – Sault Ste. Marie

Local pickup is available at our Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, location at no charge. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready, typically by the next business day.

Orders must be picked up within one month of being marked ready. Orders not collected within three months without customer contact will be returned to stock and are no longer eligible for a refund.
