OC Beauty Terms & Conditions
Welcome to OC Beauty! Please review our terms and conditions before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the following policies.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. While we strive to ship every order promptly, unexpected surges in demand may cause delays of up to a week or more. Please note that during the holiday season we may see processing times of up to 7-10 business days.
Shipping Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering.

Changes to the address must be made before your order ships. Once an order has been dispatched, any changes must be arranged directly with the courier and may incur additional fees.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was left at the post office too long, you are responsible for:

Paying the cost to reship the order, or

Receiving store credit (value of order minus original shipping costs).

OC Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

If your package needs to be re-shipped, additional shipping fees will apply.
Local Pickup Orders

Local pickup orders must be collected within one month of being marked as ready.

Orders not picked up within three months and without customer contact will be considered forfeited. No refunds will be issued after this time.
Product Information
We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date. However, information such as product details, ingredients, or availability may change without notice.
For ingredient, allergen, or material concerns, please contact us at hello@oc-beauty.ca before purchasing.
Order Cancellations

Cancelled orders are subject to a $5 cancellation fee.

OC Beauty reserves the right to cancel any order in cases of harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior toward our team—whether online or in person.

Orders cancelled due to inappropriate conduct will be refunded minus the $5 fee.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s what you need to know:
Damaged or Incorrect Items

You have 7 days from delivery to report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions are at the discretion of OC Beauty. Possible resolutions may include:

Store credit (full or partial)

Replacement or exchange, depending on availability
We do not issue cash refunds.

Returning Unused Products

Unopened, unused items may be returned at your expense, but only with prior approval from OC Beauty.

Upon approval, you may return eligible items for a product refund only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene and safety standards, certain products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, even if unopened.
These include:

Cosmetics – This covers anything that touches your skin, lips, or eyes, such as:

Lip balm or lip gloss

Creams, lotions, or serums
-
Foundations, concealers, or tinted moisturizers
-
Makeup (mascara, eyeshadow, blush, etc.)

Deodorants and roll-ons
-
Face masks or exfoliants
-
Any product applied to your body, face, or hair that isn’t sealed in tamper-proof packaging

Shaving Products – Including razors, blades, shaving brushes, and similar tools

Hair Tools – Such as hairbrushes, combs, scalp massagers, or any item used directly on the scalp or hair
We know this might feel strict, but it’s important for keeping all our customers safe. Thank you for understanding!
Damaged or Defective Orders – Additional Steps

Inspect packages upon delivery.

If external damage is visible, note it on the delivery waybill before signing.

Take clear photos of both the packaging and the item.

Report any issues within 48 hours of delivery.

Keep all packaging for potential inspection.
Third-Party Purchases
This return and refund policy only applies to items purchased directly from OC Beauty’s website or the OC Beauty Store Front. We cannot process returns for third-party sellers.
